✅ Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Expertise in:
Core HR
Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC)
Payroll
Absence Management
✅ Experience in:
Requirement gathering & fit-gap analysis
Solution design and client workshops
Configuration, testing, deployment & production support
SIT/UAT management and defect resolution
Functional documentation and business process consulting
Leading Oracle HCM functional workstreams
? Good to Have
Oracle HCM Cloud Certifications
HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formula




Security configuration and approval workflows
Global/Multi-country implementations
Team mentoring and leadership experience
? Key Responsibilities
✔️ Lead business workshops and solution design discussions
✔️ Drive end-to-end Oracle HCM functional delivery
✔️ Collaborate with integration, security, reporting, and migration teams
✔️ Review deliverables and recommend Oracle best practices
✔️ Mentor team members and ensure quality project execution
