Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & B2B SaaS Sales Specialist to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for haeywa.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing and a solid interest in B2B SaaS sales.



You will be responsible for generating qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns, engaging with prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the end-to-end sales process.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other relevant digital channels.
Generate high-quality leads through performance marketing initiatives.
Monitor and improve key marketing metrics such as CPL, CTR, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum return on marketing investments.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
Implement retargeting, email nurturing, and lead engagement campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM platforms.
