With a growing demand for Hybrid vehicles, Denis Mahony looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Aftersales team
The Role
As a Parts Advisor,
you will play a key role in ensuring the effective supply of genuine Toyota and Lexus parts and accessories to both retail and workshop customers. You will be responsible for processing orders accurately, managing stock, and providing expert advice while maintaining the highest standards of customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the Parts Manager with the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department.
Supplying genuine Toyota and Lexus parts and accessories to workshop technicians and retail customers.
Processing customer orders efficiently and ensuring all orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Managing goods inward, checking deliveries, and ensuring stock is correctly received and stored.
Maintaining accurate stock control and reporting any discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
Processing parts returns, warranty returns, and supplier credits in line with manufacturer procedures.
