ITI Technician / Operator (Wiring Harness Manufacturing)

Location

Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Current Openings)

Qualification Required

ITI Passed in Electrician, Fitter, Wireman,



Electronics Mechanic, Machinist, Turner, Instrumentation, or any relevant trade.
10th or 12th Pass with ITI Certification.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Operate pneumatic crimping machines for wiring harness assembly.
Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires as per IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
Assemble connectors, terminals, and sleeves according to engineering drawings.
Perform quality inspections using pull testers, crimp height gauges, and continuity testers.
Ensure 100% compliance with safety procedures and work instructions.
Support process improvement initiatives, production line setup, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain daily production, inspection, and machine log records.
Assist engineers in New Product Development (NPD) and First Article (FA) approval.

Skills Required

Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical assembly.
