The Associate Human Resources Specialist - Seasonal provides end-user assistance with a friendly, helpful approach, answering questions, providing information, and escalating more complex inquiries to the appropriate resource for resolution.
As a ResultsCX Associate Human Resources Specialist - Seasonal , you will be supporting all ResultsCX employees globally using a variety of resources and tools including, but not limited to the HRIS, ResultsCX Policies & Procedures, Employee Handbooks, Subject Matter Experts in HR and other departments, Government publications and other legally binding documents.
In addition to assisting customers, Associate Human Resources Specialist - Seasonal may also perform clerical support tasks such as filing and organizing documents, coordinating with staff, and maintaining records in adherence to the company's policies and regulations.
HR Specialists may possess proficiency or higher-level skillsets acquired through different certifications or training as part of their scope.
In This Role You Will
Provide Back Office and Voice Support for all ResultsCX employees Level 1 Employee inquiries and Items as defined in the People Solutions Center Task Matrix
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year in HR Support Role.
Experience at ResultsCX or BPO industry preferred
Some college coursework completed in Business or Human Resources disciplines is a plus.
Experience working in a Contact Center Workplace is extremely helpful.
Experience providing administrative and general HR support
