What You'll Do

Own the judgement and compliance operations as per VARA rules and regulations
Build and manage a compliance team to ensure timely closure of KYB/KYC and KYT obligations, and addressing of queries from the authorities
Understand and manage licensing requirements for USA Money Transmitter Licenses (MTL), Electronic Money Institution (EMI) registrations, and related state-level compliance obligations.
