Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Location: Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer relations.
MBA (Marketing) Freshers are welcome to apply.
Salary:
Up to ₹45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Final compensation will be based on experience and interview performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective parents and students regarding admission procedures and academic programs.
Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective applicants to achieve admission targets.
Coordinate the complete admission process, including documentation and enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions in the CRM/database.
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and students.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid counseling and convincing abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
