About The Role

You will play a vital role in supporting our clients’ financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. By maintaining detailed financial records and contributing to financial analysis,

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

‍

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, account reconciliations, and account analysis, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Handle payroll processing and compliance with T4, T5, HST, EHT, and WSIB reporting to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
Conduct comprehensive Month-End Reviews and Financial Reporting to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate closely with accountants to prepare year-end files, ensuring a smooth transition and accurate reporting.
Deliver qualified and timely correspondence related to client engagements, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
Work with a diverse clientele, ranging from startups to established businesses, providing variety and opportunities for professional growth. ‍
