Description

We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth in domestic and/or international markets for our IVD product portfolio, including Rapid Test Kits and ELISA products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development, distributor management, tender/portal operations, and team leadership, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets.
Generate committed business through distributors, channel partners, hospitals, laboratories, government institutions, and OEM customers.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients while acquiring new customers.




Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the business development team.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Production, Marketing, and Customer Support for timely execution of business requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, business plans, and market intelligence reports.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications: (for Experience)

4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of generating sales through online platforms like India Mart, export trade, and other B2B portals.
Preferred experience in sales of medical IVD, medical devices, or pharmaceutical products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interperson
