Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and cross functional teams to architect, build, and maintain both frontend and backend systems. Your work will include feature development, system optimization, performance improvements, and ensuring high standards of security and code quality across the stack.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience building and shipping digital products in SaaS or fintech environments
Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization frameworks, and agile execution
Ability to write explicit specifications, user flows, and acceptance criteria
Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding architecture trade offs
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and research to guide decisions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross functional teams and stakeholders
