We are looking for skilled Medical Transcriptionists to convert audio dictations from healthcare professionals into accurate written medical reports, clinical summaries, and patient letters.
Key Responsibilities
Listen to recorded dictations from healthcare providers
Transcribe medical audio files into high-quality written reports and documentation
Verify medical terminology, drug names, and anatomical terms for precision
Identify and flag formatting errors, inconsistencies, or unclear dictation
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and data confidentiality standards
Work closely with editors and quality analysts to maintain quality standards
Requirements
Requires transcription and typing experience
Requires strong comprehension skills and medical terminology knowledge
Candidates with medical scribe experience are also welcome
Requires a bachelor's degree in science (e.g. B.Sc., Biotech, Nursing) or a relevant field
Candidates must have strong written English skills (more so than conversational skills)
Solid listening skills and familiarity with various medical accents
Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM with high accuracy
