About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to lead the architecture and development of scalable web applications, healthcare integrations, and cloud-native platforms. You will mentor junior developers and drive engineering excellence across our technology service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain complex web applications and distributed systems
Lead technical design reviews, code architecture decisions, and engineering best practices
Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
Build and integrate production-grade APIs, microservices, and healthcare data pipelines
Drive DevOps and deployment automation strategies for continuous delivery
Collaborate with product, QA, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements





5-10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development
Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or Java
Deep experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
Strong expertise in system design, scalable architecture, and microservices patterns
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
