About The Role

We are seeking a System / IT Administrator to maintain our secure computing environment, monitor network infrastructure, and manage server availability. You will ensure maximum system uptime and enforce HIPAA security compliance across all endpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain servers, network hardware, and client systems
Monitor system performance, perform backups, and execute disaster recovery plans
Enforce user access management, group policies, and biometric security controls
Implement endpoint security, anti-virus updates, firewall rules, and patch management
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for local and remote users
Audit systems regularly to ensure alignment with HIPAA security regulations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT,



Network Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years of hands-on experience with system administration (Windows/Linux servers)
Familiarity with network configuration, firewalls, routing, and switches
Knowledge of virtual machine environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS)
Certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, or Security+ are highly desirable
Understanding of enterprise security protocols and compliance audits
