About The Role

We are hiring a Data Logistics Coordinator to manage the secure receipt, validation, categorization, and routing of medical documentation and client records. This is a foundational role ensuring data pipeline efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, log, and organize incoming clinical files and documents
Verify file integrity and validate documents against metadata
Categorize and index incoming records within the EHR systems
Monitor data pipeline queues to ensure timely processing and routing
Troubleshoot missing data or file errors in coordination with client managers
Ensure compliance with data protection policies and access controls

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in data management, medical records, or a related field
Proficiency in computer skills, spreadsheet management, and familiarity with data entry tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in shifts and collaborate within a team
Basic understanding of data security principles and HIPAA compliance
