About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to building scalable web applications, healthcare integrations, and cloud-based platforms. You will work on full-stack development projects supporting our healthcare KPO and technology service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain web applications and internal tools across the technology stack
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for healthcare data workflows
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following coding standards and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and product management
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development ceremonies
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues, and deployment challenges

Requirements





3-5 years of experience in software development using up-to-date frameworks and languages
Proficiency in one or more of: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or Java
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
Familiarity with RESTful API design, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
