About The Job

We are seeking a and experienced Practice Manager, Identity Governance to lead and grow our Identity Governance practice.



The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality Identity Governance solutions and services to our clients, while with stakeholders. This role requires deep expertise in Identity Governance,, and a passion for helping organizations mature their identity programs as part of their digital transformation journey. As Practice Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Identity Governance consultants and architects, ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. You will also contribute to the development of service offerings, mentor and grow your team, and drive business development initiatives in partnership with other leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of Identity Governance services to clients, including presales, consulting, solution design, and implementation.
Oversee the development of Identity Governance offerings aligned with client needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Run client scoping workshops to design feasible IGA s
