The Social Studies Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging, CBSE-aligned lessons in History, Geography, Civics, and Social & Political Life for students in Grades 4–7. The role focuses on developing critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and an understanding of India’s heritage, culture, geography, and global perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver CBSE curriculum-based Social Studies lessons for Grades 4–7.
Create engaging learning experiences using activities, projects, maps, and digital resources.
Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback.
Foster critical thinking, environmental awareness, and responsible citizenship.
Maintain a positive classroom environment and effective classroom management.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students’ academic progress.
Participate in school events, professional development, and curriculum planning.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in History, Geography, Social Science,



or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
Robust communication, classroom management, and technology integration skills.
