Education

Any Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

Experience

Graduates with basic computer skills and a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or delivery operations.

Role Overview

The Logistics Supervisor oversees the end-to-end movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery, efficient storage, and smooth coordination between the warehouse, showroom, and delivery teams.
This role is critical to maintaining operational flow and customer satisfaction, especially in a rapid-paced retail environment.





Responsibilities

Ensure that all logistics operations—from receiving to delivery—are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards.

Reporting & Compliance

Submit daily and weekly logistics reports to management.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, transport regulations, and company policies.
Maintain documentation for shipments, returns, and damaged goods.
Assist in internal audits and inventory reconciliation.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for logistics staff.
Ensure proper labelling, tracking, and documentation of all goods.

Training For Candidates

On-the-job training will be given on ERP, CRM, Computer Applications, and maintaining stock and Accounts.
