Education

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, retail, or warehouse operations.

Role Overview

The Inventory Controller is responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels across the showroom and warehouse.
This role ensures accurate stock records, timely replenishment, and smooth coordination between purchasing, sales, and logistics teams.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to maintaining operational efficiency.





Responsibilities

Ensure that inventory operations are executed accurately and efficiently, supporting both in-store and online sales channels.

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain accurate inventory records in digital and physical formats.
Submit regular inventory reports to the Accounts Executive and Showroom In-Charge.
Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control standards.
Support internal audits and assist in resolving discrepancies.
Adhere to safety, hygiene, and documentation protocols.
Monitor expiry dates and buffer stock levels to avoid losses.

Training For Candidates

On-the-job training will be given on ERP, CRM, Computer Applications, and maintaining stock and Accounts.
