Role Overview

This is a full-time in office role for working at our Showroom in Nazareth.

Responsibilities

The Accounts Assistant supports the Accounts Executive in managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth billing and record-keeping.
This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about maintaining accurate accounts.





Reporting and Compliance

Report daily billing and account updates to the Accounts Executive.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer accounts.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Assist in preparing documentation for audits and financial reviews.
Follow proper filing and documentation standards for financial records.
Support inventory reconciliation and financial reporting tasks.
Adhere to data privacy and financial compliance regulation.

Training For Candidates

On-the-job training will be given on Billing, ERP, CRM, Computer Applications, and maintaining stock and Accounts.
