Role Overview

This is a full time on-site role for working at our Showroom in Nazareth.

Responsibilities

The Sales Assistant supports the Sales Executive in delivering a smooth and engaging customer experience.
This role involves assisting with product presentation, customer service, and showroom upkeep, while helping drive sales and maintain operational efficiency.
This position is directly influences customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities





Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Demonstrate product features and benefits (e.g., appliances, furniture, electronics).
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain product knowledge across all categories.
Process showroom and online sales transactions and manage related documentation.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and post-sale support.
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Coordinate with inventory and delivery teams for order fulfillment.
Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
Maintain minimum re-order stock level for all categories as set by the company.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Ability to negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Engage effectively with customers and build lasting relationships.
