Role Summary
This role involves advanced system analysis, design, development, and implementation of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and RAG-based applications using Python and AWS. The position requires building secure, scalable, and production-grade solutions, leading backend optimization and data integration efforts,



and collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive strategic AI initiatives within the financial services domain.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Python and AWS services.
Build and optimize Agentic AI systems utilizing frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, or AutoGen.
Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and LLMs.
Architect end-to-end AI applications including prompt engineering, model orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
Lead technical design discussions and mentor development teams on AI/ML best practices.
Implement and fine-tune machine learning models for predictive analytics and intelligent automation.
