Molex is seeking a dynamic Senior CAD Engineer – Design to join our Industrial Solutions Engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and sustaining of high-performance connector solutions for industrial applications. You will leverage your expertise in CAD design, product development, and engineering change management while collaborating with global cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and reliable products that create value for customers around the world.

What You Will Do
Lead CAD design and drafting efforts for new product development and sustaining engineering projects involving connectors, cable assemblies, and industrial networking products.
Create and release high-quality 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and product documentation in compliance with Molex engineering standards.
Drive engineering change management activities, including preparation and execution of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and design change packages.
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to resolve product, manufacturing, and customer-related challenges through effective technical problem-solving.
Apply advanced GD&T; principles and tolerance analysis to ensure robust, manufacturable, and cost-effective product designs.
Support product lifecycle activities by driving continuous improvement initiatives and sustaining released products.
