As a Telecaller cum Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and visitors, providing them with a warm welcome and excellent customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, promoting our courses, and assisting in various administrative tasks. This role demands a personable and proactive individual who can handle both reception duties and telecalling responsibilities effectively.

Reception Duties:

– Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors to the academy in a friendly and professional manner.

– Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments.

– Provide accurate information about STAENZ Academy’s courses, schedules, and other relevant details.





– Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the academy.

Telecalling:

– Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our courses.

– Engage potential students in persuasive conversations about the benefits and features of our training programs.

– Answer questions and resolve queries about course content, fees, and enrollment procedures.

– Follow up with leads to nurture and convert them into successful enrollments.

Administrative Support:

– Assist in maintaining student records, attendance, and other administrative tasks as required.

– Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment processes for new students.

– Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.

Student Assistance:

– Provide support to students regarding course-related inquiries, classroom locations, and schedules.
