Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager who can drive the growth of our Spices business in India. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer accounts, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Deliverables
Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and develop new customer accounts and product categories (e.g., Chili, Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Black Pepper etc.)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to work on strategies and execution planBeing a part of 5 member strong India sales team and achieve overall targets
Sales Contracting & Revenue Growth
Achieve ambitious sales targets through proactive pipeline management and closure of high-value deals.Drive the sales through new or reactivated accounts and recent product introductions.Maximize volume from current and new key accounts while expanding the customer base.
