Responsibilities
Participate in solution design,Development, Testing, Deployment, Support, and maintenance
Customize page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and reports
Implement automation using:
Flows (Flow Builder)
ProcessBuilder (legacy support)
ApprovalProcesses
Data management and security:
Handle data migration, data quality, and data integrity
Implementrole hierarchies, profiles,permission sets, and sharing rules
Ensure compliance with data securityand governance standards
Testing and Deployment effectiveness:
Developunit tests and ensure high code coverage
Conduct system testing,UAT support, and defect resolution
Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Collaborate with customerand onsite/offshore team to do thorough impactanalysis and to provide solutions accordingly
Good analytical and communication skill to Collaborate with Client and offshore team
