About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and execution-oriented qualified to lead and manage employee volunteering initiatives across Mphasis. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and reporting of volunteering programs while driving employee participation and engagement across locations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in CSR, volunteering, employee engagement, NGO partnerships, or community development programs, with strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Volunteering Program Management

Manage the end-to-end execution of Mphasis employee volunteering initiatives across India.
Develop and execute annual volunteering calendars aligned with CSR priorities.




Coordinate virtual, onsite, and skills-based volunteering opportunities.
Ensure seamless planning, logistics, implementation, and post-event reporting.

Volunteering Platform Management

Serve as the primary administrator for the employee volunteering platform.
Manage volunteer registrations, event creation, participation tracking, and reporting dashboards.
Coordinate with platform vendors and internal technology teams to resolve operational issues.
Monitor volunteer hours and participation metrics to ensure data accuracy.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with CSR teams, BUs, HR, employee resource groups, and regional champions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with NGO partners and implementation agencies.
Facilitate communication between volunteers, partner organizations, and internal stakeholders.

Employee Engagement & Communications

Drive awareness and participation through targe
