Work you'll do
As a Consultant on the Cyber Operate Application Security team, you will be responsible for:
Driving continuous improvement through regular discussions with clients and internal teams on service delivery and service-level agreement performance
Serving as a subject matter specialist across Workday Security and Controls while managing incidents, service requests, and change tickets through Information Technology Service Management tools
Performing root-cause analysis and problem management for recurring incidents and escalating risks, service-level agreement breaches, and recurring issues to leadership
Leading support engagements including ticket triage, queue management, service quality, and governance reporting on incident and service-level agreement metrics
Supporting proposal development, recruitment, retention, and practice-level team training efforts
The team
Deloitte's Cyber Risk Services help our clients build a secure and resilient digital foundation. As part of the Cyber Operate Application Security team, you will join our Cyber practice and be responsible for delivering Workday security support and assessments. Your responsibilities will include assessment, design, and ongoing support of end-user security, internal automated controls, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) analyses on the Workday platform.
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts; night, weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage based on project assignment
