Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Zuora Billing & Revenue Consultant with robust functional and technical expertise to support, enhance, and optimize our Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Subscription Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition processes. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), Zuora Workflows, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Development, and integrations across enterprise systems.

Design and support:
Product Catalog
Product Rate Plans & Charges
Subscriptions and Amendments
Invoicing, Credits, and Adjustments
Revenue Recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)
Revenue Contracts and POB Management
Support month-end revenue close activities and revenue troubleshooting.
Drive process improvements and automation opportunities across Quote-to-Cash processes.
Partner with business stakeholders to define scalable subscription and revenue solutions.
Technical Responsibilities
Configure and develop solutions using:
Zuora Billing
Zuora Revenue (RevPro)
Zuora CPQ / Quotes
Zuora Workflow
Build and maintain automation workflows for:
Subscription lifecycle management
Billing processes
Revenue processing
Data synchronization
Develop Salesforce customizations using:
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Apex Classes
Apex Triggers
SOQL/SOSL
Lightning Framework
Design and develop integrations using:
REST APIs
SOAP APIs
Middleware platforms (OIC, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
Perform root cause analysis and production support for billing and revenue issues.
Create technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment plans.
