Responsibilities

Salesforce Consulting & Solution Design:
Understand client business processes and translate business requirements into Salesforce-based solutions.
Provide strategic consulting on Salesforce best practices, platform capabilities, and implementation approaches.
Recommend scalable and productive Salesforce solutions aligned with customer objectives.
Conduct gap analysis and prepare solution proposals and roadmaps.
Presales & Client Engagement:
Lead and manage presales discussions, discovery workshops, and solution demonstrations.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop winning proposals.
Prepare effort estimates, solution documents, presentations, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
Support RFP/RFI responses and participate in customer presentations and technical discussions.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted Salesforce advisor.
Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis:
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
Document business requirements, user stories, process flows,



and functional specifications.
Analyze business challenges and propose optimized Salesforce solutions.
Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Team Management & Project Coordination:
Coordinate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers.
Guide project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Facilitate internal meetings and ensure alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams.
Salesforce Administration & Development Knowledge:
Possess working knowledge of Salesforce Administration, including:
User Management
Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets
Reports and Dashboards
Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flows
Data Management and Security
Have basic understanding of Salesforce Development concepts:
Apex Classes and Triggers
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Visualforce
