All Pro Team Sports is looking to add to our strong account executive team.
All Pro Team Sports is a uniform and equipment supplier based out of Baltimore, MD. All Pro offers some of the most dynamic uniforms; along with a wide selection of quality equipment from major well-known brands including Under Armour, Rawlings, Russell, Wilson, and more. All Pro has quickly become a highly sought after dealer with the ability to outfit organizations ranging from youth programs to colleges across the country.
What will my role be at All Pro?
Create the most cost effective, honest and enjoyable experience in outfitting sports organizations
Manage all phases of the Team Account Business in the territory best fit for the manager
Have a creative mind to help programs design and bring to life the best possible uniforms in the industry
Maintain existing business along with growing current business with established cliental
Bring a positive, energetic attitude to our existing team
Critical Skills/Experience/Attributes
Excellent communication,
presentation, and storytelling skills
Ability to own a room, drive a meeting, and be an entrepreneur
Able to prioritize and work under pressure with multiple deadlines
Proven leadership skills, highly organized and the ability to problem solve
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to listen, learn and educate the client
Able to travel occasionally and work a flexible schedule when needed

Qualifications To Be Considered
Bachelor’s Degree
High-level skills with database/spreadsheet programs, SAP and MS Office
Sales experience preferred but not required
