What You’ll Do

Birdeye is hiring a Manager – GTM Systems & Engineering to design, configure, and optimize our Go-to-Market (GTM) technology stack across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Operations. This role blends strategic operations with hands-on GTM engineering:



configuring and integrating systems such as Clay, Scout, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Nooks, and Gong, while introducing AI-driven capabilities through prompt engineering to drive adoption, efficiency, and ROI. You will work horizontally across all GTM functions, partnering closely with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and CS Ops to scale processes, ensure data integrity, and maximize the impact of our GTM tools.

Responsibilities

GTM Engineering & Tool Configuration

Configure, integrate, and optimize tools like Clay, Scout, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Nooks, Gong, LeanData, Zapier, and future GTM platforms.
Build and maintain AI-based automations and workflows, including prompt engineering for generative-AI-enabled tools.

Tech Stack Ownership

Maintain a centralized inventory of all GTM systems with details such as license counts, renewal dates, IT and functional owners.
Monitor usage and user hierarchy in Salesforce and all connected t
