About the Role
We are looking for an AI Content Marketer who can make CultureMonkey the answer... on Google, and inside every AI engine people now ask first.
This role sits right between content, SEO, product, and distribution.
You will write content that HR leaders actually finish.



You will make sure it ranks, gets cited, and keeps earning attention long after you hit publish.
This is not a "write a blog and move on" role.
This is a role about being remembered.
You will own how a fast-growing brand gets found, read, and trusted in a search world that AI is rewriting in real time.

What You Will Do
Write content people actually finish. Blogs, case studies, emailers, and playbooks that are explicit, human, and genuinely useful.
Write for the answer, not just the algorithm. Content built to rank on Google and get cited by AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
Use AI as a real part of your workflow, for research, drafting, and scaling, then edit hard so every piece stays accurate, original, and human.
Run keyword and prompt research in Semrush and Search Console to publish content that ranks and holds its place.
Refresh and re-optimise existing content so
