Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Designer role based in Surat.

The Jewelry

Designer will conceptualize and sketch original designs, translate ideas into detailed drawings, and develop collections aligned with brand guidelines and market trends. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product and production teams, preparing technical specifications, and using CAD tools to create accurate 3D models for manufacturing. The role involves researching fashion jewelry trends, selecting appropriate materials and settings, and refining prototypes based on feedback to ensure both aesthetic appeal and production feasibility.

Designer will maintain organized design files, meet project timelines, and support continuous improvement of the design process.

Qualifications

- Solid Jewelry Design skills, including conceptualization and development of cohesive collections.
- Proficiency in Drawing and sketching detailed jewelry concepts by hand.
- Experience with Fashion Jewelry trends and an understanding of consumer preferences and styles.
- Background in Product Design, focusing on transforming concepts into manufacturable pieces.
- Working knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for jewelry (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, or similar tools).
- Attention to detail, precision in measurements, and ability to interpret technical specifications.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, merchandising, and quality control.
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Relevant education in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in jewelry or accessories design, especially in a manufacturing or brand environment, is an advantage.
