Job Title: Jewellery Store Manager

Qualification: Minimum Graduation

Experience: 38 Years (Jewellery Retail Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and create a premium shopping experience for every customer.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion ratio, average billing value, and customer footfall.
- Maintain accurate inventory, stock movement, and display of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
- Conduct regular stock verification and ensure adherence to inventory control procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, security protocols, and audit requirements.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Plan staff schedules, monitor attendance, and evaluate employee performance.
- Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Coordinate with the commercial, warehouse,



and purchase teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor store expenses and optimize operational efficiency while maintaining profitability.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per company guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for management review.
- Maintain compliance with billing procedures, cash handling, and jewellery valuation standards.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business through excellent service.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, secure, and ready for business at all times.
