About The Role We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in core Java and enterprise application development, along with practical exposure to

AI/ML integration , such as working with LLM-based APIs, AI-assisted coding tools, or embedding intelligent features into applications. This is a great opportunity to grow technical depth while working on modern, scalable systems that blend traditional backend engineering with emerging AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using monolithic and microservices.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices and design patterns
- Collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing or recent applications (e.g., LLM APIs, recommendation engines, intelligent automation, chatbots, or AI-assisted features)
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Stay current with emerging Java frameworks and AI tooling relevant to enterprise development

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–6 years of professional experience in Java full stack development
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Java 8+ (Streams, Lambdas), and object-oriented design principles




- Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot framework
- Experience with RESTful API design/development; exposure to microservices architecture is a plus
- Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
- Working knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Working knowledge of containerization tools like Docker, exposure to Kubernetes is a plus
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
- Practical exposure to AI/ML technologies such as:
- Integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
- Using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.)
- Building or integrating AI-powered features (chatbots, recommendation systems, intelligent search, document processing)
- Basic understanding of ML concepts or prompt engineering is a plus
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Working knowledge of at least one frontend framework — React or Angular — for building or integrating with UI layers

Educational Qualification
