We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern Full Stack technologies, along with proven experience in solution architecture, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery.

The role requires hands-on architectural expertise, mentoring development teams, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving cloud-native, enterprise-grade application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Lead and mentor Full Stack development teams, ensuring engineering best practices.
- Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical design.
- Review architecture, technical designs, and code to ensure quality and scalability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and client presentations.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Drive cloud-native development, DevOps automation, CI/CD, and engineering excellence.
- Lead production issue analysis, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Establish monitoring, observability, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and end-to-end project ownership.
- Experience handling production support, debugging, and performance tuning.
