Role Overview

We are looking for a Java Remediation Program Lead to drive enterprise-wide Java modernization, application remediation, and security vulnerability reduction across large application portfolios.

This role requires strong expertise in Java remediation, AI-powered remediation tools, application modernization, vulnerability management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, with the ability to accelerate upgrades, improve engineering productivity, and reduce technical risk across enterprise applications.



Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide Java Remediation Programs across multiple application portfolios.

Drive Java version upgrades and vulnerability remediation initiatives while improving engineering efficiency.

Collaborate with OnX, Delivery Squads, Security Teams, Architects, and Engineering Teams to execute remediation strategies.

Manage and maintain a centralized repository tracker for monitoring remediation progress and ownership.

Utilize AI-powered remediation platforms including Code Elevate, Vulcan, and orQestra to accelerate remediation activities.

Identify, prioritize, and remediate Checkmarx and Snyk security vulnerabilities across enterprise applications.

Support application modernization initiatives beyond Java upgrades by improving overall application security posture.

Work closely with SDET and Quality Engineering teams to ensure successful remediation validation and deployment.

Establish remediation governance, tracking mechanisms, and engineering best practices.

Monitor repository health, deployment readiness, and production rollout activities.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout modernization initiatives.

Act as the technical SME for Java remediation, vulnerability management, and AI-assisted application modernization. Must-Have Skills & Experience
