Eligibility Criteria
- JLPT N3 certified with a minimum of 1 year of teaching/training experience, OR
- JLPT N2 certified with a minimum of 6 months of teaching/training experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate learners
- Prior experience in Japanese language training will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Japanese language training sessions for students and candidates
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver training as per the prescribed curriculum
- Monitor student progress through assessments and regular evaluations
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports
- Ensure timely completion of language proficiency milestones
- Coordinate with the Academic and Head Office teams for smooth program implementation
- Provide guidance and mentoring to students for language and cultural readiness
- Support learners in achieving JLPT and international placement requirements
