Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end IT service transitions and transformation projects.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.

- Engage with global stakeholders, business leaders, and vendors.

- Ensure governance, compliance, and cybersecurity standards are met.

- Drive knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness.

- Support change management and adoption of current processes and tools.

- Identify opportunities for service optimization, automation, and digital transformation.

- Monitor risks, KPIs, and service performance throughout the transition lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

- 8+ years of IT program/project management experience,



including 3-5 years in transition or transformation roles.

- Strong knowledge of IT transition management, ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, governance, and risk management.

- Experience managing global, multi-geography IT projects and senior stakeholders.

- Understanding of cloud migration, hybrid IT environments, automation, and vendor management.

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Prosci, Agile/Scrum are desirable.
