Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.

Job Summary The IT Trainee will support the organization's IT team in maintaining hardware, software, networks, and user systems. The role offers hands-on exposure to IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and end-user support while developing technical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.
- Assist in setting up new user accounts, email IDs, and system access.




- Monitor and maintain computer systems and network connectivity.
- Support hardware installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Respond to user queries and resolve basic technical issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
- Perform routine data backups and basic system maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and software support when required.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, support tickets, and system configurations.
- Follow IT security policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Support IT projects and other assignments as directed by the IT Manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
