Role & responsibilities :





- Sourcing: Find IT candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, portals, and skilled networks.
- Screening: Review resumes, chat on the phone, and check if tech skills match the job needs.
- Pipeline Management: Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with candidate statuses.
- Interview Coordination: Set up chats and technical rounds between candidates and tech leads.
- Offer Rollout: Help with salary talks, offer letters, and onboarding steps.
- Market Research: Keep up with tech hiring trends and salary standards.
