Role & responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Windows Server, desktops, laptops, and overall IT infrastructure.

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.

- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, printers, CCTV systems, and network-related issues.

- Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, and email services.

- Perform regular system backups, updates, preventive maintenance, and security checks.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, server, and network issues with minimal downtime.

- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and vendor coordination.

- Ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in IT System Administration, Network Administration, or IT Infrastructure Support.

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, routers, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VPN,



and Active Directory.

- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CCTV systems, printers, and backup management.

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Practicing Christian with values aligned to a Christian nonprofit organization.
