Designation: IT Support

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and network devices.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Administer and monitor Sophos Firewall, including firewall policies, web filtering, VPN, NAT configuration, and security rules.
- Monitor internet connectivity, leased line performance, bandwidth utilization, and overall network uptime.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Configure and support network devices, including switches, Wi-Fi access points, and IP camera/NVR systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, system updates, antivirus management, and patch deployment activities.
- Monitor server health, storage capacity, backups,



and system logs to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, asset handover records, warranty details, and equipment documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC services, warranty claims, and hardware repairs.
- Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, technical reports, and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, endpoint protection standards, and data protection requirements.
- Provide remote and in office user support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents within SLA.
- Identify opportunities and assist in implementing infrastructure improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
