About the Role

We are looking for tech enthusiasts and motivated Junior IT Support Engineers to join our field service team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers, recent pass-outs, interns, and candidates with 0–2 years of experience who want to start or build their career in IT support.

We provide training, so candidates with the right attitude, basic technical understanding, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site IT support at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT Infrastructure, desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Perform basic implementation needs of server, Infra domain and Networking topology.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Install and configure operating systems and applications.
- Diagnose hardware and software problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist with IT equipment installation, replacement, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Visit customer sites as required for service and support.
- Maintain proper records of service calls, issues, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required.
- Follow company procedures and provide qualified customer service.
