Role Description The IT Sales Intern role is a full time remote position focused on supporting the growth of Crewnox Innovation Labs’ technology and digital solutions. The intern will assist in identifying and qualifying leads, researching potential clients, and supporting outreach through calls, emails, and online platforms.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining sales records, helping manage client accounts, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to understand service offerings. The IT Sales Intern will also support follow-ups with prospects, contribute to basic market analysis, and help ensure smooth communication between clients and the sales team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in IT background and a strong interest in technology solutions.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Information Technology to understand digital products and services.
- Candidates should possess skills in researching prospects and initiating contact.
- Candidates should possess skills in Accountability, for supporting client relationships and maintaining accurate records.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills,



including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Comfort using CRM tools, Google spreadsheet, LLM's , and online communication platforms is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong motivation to learn, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
