- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and digital channels.
- Handle inbound enquiries and follow up until closure.
- Schedule product demos and client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend solutions.
- Prepare quotations, maintain CRM, and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Experience:- IT/Software Sales, SaaS, AI/CRM Solutions, Inside Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Lead Generation.
Required Skills:-
- Excellent English communication (Mandatory)
- Solid presentation and negotiation skills
- Basic MS Office & CRM knowledge
- Target-oriented with good follow-up skills
