Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete C2H recruitment lifecycle from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.

- Sourcing Talent: Use qualified networks, internal databases, and portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed to find suitable IT profiles.

- Screening &
- Evaluation: Assess technical competence, communication skills, and contract/pay-rate alignment and availability.

- Interview Coordination: Line up technical rounds, manage feedback loops between clients/hiring managers and candidates.

- Negotiation &

- Closure: Handle pay rate/salary negotiations, notice period discussions, and contract terms.

- Compliance &

- Tracking: Maintain daily MIS reports,



update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and ensure smooth documentation for contract conversion terms.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Proven experience in IT contract-to-hire (C2H) or permanent recruitment.

- Strong familiarity with IT tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce).

- Hands-on experience with Boolean searches and sourcing via job boards.

- Good understanding of payroll models, margins, and contractor compliance.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
