Role Overview
- We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions through staff augmentation. The individual will independently handle hiring mandates, manage candidate engagement, and ensure alignment of resources with client requirements. The role involves close coordination with delivery and client teams to meet hiring targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with delivery and client teams to understand requirements and provide suitable technical resources.
- Handle candidate management through regular engagement, rapport building, and timely communication.
- Use multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking) to build and maintain a solid pipeline of quality profiles.
- Ensure closures within defined timelines while meeting target-based hiring goals.
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
- Focus exclusively on staff augmentation (ONLY C2H).
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in technical talent acquisition.
- Proven expertise in staff augmentation and client coordination.
- Strong ability to source and evaluate quality technical profiles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and maintaining reports on Excel or ATS.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
