We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and a good understanding of technical roles and hiring processes. Candidates from the NCR Region will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Meet hiring targets within defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Stay updated with current technology trends and the IT talent market.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, and technical roles.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, and other recruitment tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Education: B.Tech is mandatory.
- Location: Willingness to work from the Gurugram office (Work From Office).
- Preferred: Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to the NCR Region .
